WELCOME TO JWK RENTALS
This is our site designed to provide a consolidated listing of timeshare rental reservations available to you from us. We are happy Blue Green owners that rent Blue Green Reservations, as that is the only timeshares that we own.
Over the past several years, we have vacationed at many of these resorts and had truly great vacations. Our main purpose will always be to vacation, ourselves, as much as possible. 2011 was the first year that we have rented any of our reservations and are continuing to so for 2012. The JWK Rental Properties tab on the right contain listings for confirmed reservations that I currently have with Blue Green. While some of these reservations will be used by my family; most are placed for rent. As a minimum this site will change on monthly basis and probably more frequently. I will be adding listings when I obtain new reservations and subtracting listings that are no longer available. So check back often!
We have set this site up to be easy to use. By going to the Rental Instructions page, you will see step by step instructions for making a rental. You will be able to view our listings by selecting the JWK Rental Properties page. The Timeshare Information page is used to provide links to general information about the various Blue Green Resorts, other web sites that list rentals in case you did not find what you are looking for here, firms that we recommend for sell of timeshares, and forums that we participate on. At some point we may even put a place that you can blog us.
Finally, we maintain an ability to make additional reservations for Blue Green resorts. If you know of a Blue Green resort that you would like to vacation, send an E-mail with dates and the Resort name and I will make the effort to obtain it for you. These reservations depend on availabity, so the longer in advance of the date you want, the better that I am able to obtain the reservation. 12 months in advance is ideal for reservations but are still possible, depending on the time of the year, at 3 months.
